19 killed, 36,000 displaced in Sudan land ownership dispute: UN_我的网站

A |     राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। बिहार में सरकारी विद्यालयों में शिक्षक नियुक्ति की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे अभ्यर्थियों के लिए अच्छी खबर है। चौथे चरण की बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग से शिक्षक नियुक्ति परीक्षा (टीआरई-4) की प्रक्रिया जल्द शुरू होगी। इसके लिए शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा अगले हफ्ते शिक्षक नियुक्ति संबंधी अधियाचना भेजी जाएगी।,इस पर शिक्षा विभाग तेजी से काम कर रहा है। अनुमान है कि रोस्टर क्लियरेंस के बाद 50 हजार से ज्यादा रिक्त पदों के विरुद्ध अध्यापक नियुक्ति संबंधी अधियाचना भेजी जाएगी। इस संबंध में बुधवार को शिक्षा मंत्री सुनील कुमार ने प्रदेश जदयू कार्यालय में पत्रकारों से बातचीत में यह जानकारी दी।,शिक्षा मंत्री ने पत्रकारों से कहा कि शिक्षा विभाग की ओर से अधियाचना देने के बाद आयोग शिक्षक नियुक्ति परीक्षा (टीआरई-4) का नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन मांगेगा। किस विषय में कितने शिक्षक चाहिए, इसकी अधियाचना बीपीएससी को भेजने संबंधी प्रस्ताव को तैयार किया जा रहा है।,इसके बाद आयोग पर निर्भर करेगा कि वह कितने समय में शिक्षक नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया को पूरा करे। सभी जिलों से रिक्त पदों की संख्या मंगवायी गई है। कुछ जिलों से रिक्तियां आनी बाकी है। रोस्टर क्लियरेंस की समस्या से थोड़ी देरी हो रही है।,विद्यालयों में स्थानांतरण के बाद नये शिक्षकों का पदस्थापन हुआ है। इससे थोड़ा बदलाव हुआ है। उसे पक्का करने के बाद ही अधियाचना भेजी जाएगी। यही वजह है कि इसमें थोड़ी देरी हो रही है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि चौथे चरण की शिक्षक नियुक्ति परीक्षा के बाद आयोग द्वारा टीआरई-5 का आयोजन किया जाएगा।。    United Nations, Oct 22 (UNI) Inter-communal violence in Sudan following a land ownership dispute has claimed at least 19 lives, a UN spokesman said.



UN Interim Humanitarian Coordinator Eddie Rowe is deeply concerned about the recent violence in West Kordofan and Blue Nile State, said Stephane Dujarric, the chief spokesman for UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Friday.



"In Al Lagowa, in West Kordofan, violence escalated following a land ownership dispute and authorities report that at least 19 people were killed and 34 injured," Dujarric said.



Citing the International Organization for Migration, he added that more than 36,000 people fled the town. In Wad Al Mahi, in Blue Nile State, inter-communal violence has spread to several localities, and at least 1,200 people were displaced.



"As fighting continues, unconfirmed reports refer to many people killed," the spokesman said. "Two days ago, the governor of Blue Nile State issued a decree prohibiting the movement of civilians using trucks within Wad Al Mahi."



He said that restricting their freedom of movement prevents people from seeking safety and accessing life-saving services.



Dujarric said that interim humanitarian coordinator Rowe reminds all parties to the conflict to comply with their obligations under international humanitarian law and to protect civilians and civilian infrastructure, including health facilities, schools and water systems.



The spokesman said Rowe also urges the parties to allow the free movement of people looking for safety and assistance.
