二 | 　　青岛8月21日电 (胡耀杰张孝鹏)“港澳院校毕业生齐鲁行”青岛站活动21日举行，50余位港澳博士生、博士后走进青岛市人工智能创新应用展示中心、康复大学，以及中国新能源生态科技馆等，深入了解青岛在智能制造、生物医学领域的发展优势与创新创业环境。8月21日，港澳院校毕业生在青岛市人工智能创新应用展示中心参观。张孝鹏摄　　作为青岛市崂山区人工智能创新应用示范平台，青岛市人工智能创新应用展示中心集中展示当地智慧城市、智能制造等领域创新成果。香港城市大学博士后徐爽观摩后表示，当地人工智能技术的发展令人印象深刻，尤其是产业的集聚，为前沿技术的落地提供了丰富场景。

三 | “我本身就是山东人，希望能有机会回家乡工作，为家乡发展出一份力。　　在青岛特锐德电气股份有限公司，考察团参观了中国新能源生态科技馆，该馆是目前国内规模最大的新能源生态科技馆。考察团还深度了解了特来电总部大楼，这是全球首座“超阶零碳建筑”，依托光伏发电、新能源汽车反向放电等技术实现“绿电”自给自足。

四 | 　　香港大学机械工程系助理研究员张瑞寒主攻固态电池研发和废旧电池回收，特来电在绿色建筑与新能源领域的创新实践给他留下深刻印象。

五 | “未来是新能源时代，只有把电用好、储好，民众的生活才会更加好。”他表示，希望未来能有机会依托山东完整的产业链、丰富的应用场景以及政策支撑，推动新能源前沿技术落地青岛。　　考察结束后，考察团应邀分别在崂山区参加“智汇青港·博创未来”2026港澳高层次人才政策推介会，在康复大学参加2026港澳博士人才招引会。康复大学、青岛市崂山区、青岛高新区的多个部门进行人才政策专题推介，内容涵盖博士后资助、领军人才津贴、住房补贴等支持措施。
